Use Of The Website
You can read, share and reference our content for personal and business learning. You may not copy our work and pass it off as your own.
Our Services
Project scope, fees and timelines are agreed in a separate proposal or contract for each engagement. Those documents take priority over anything written on this site.
Payments
All fees are charged in Indian Rupees unless stated. Invoices are due within seven days of issue. Late payment may pause active work.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Trakkify. Work we create for a client becomes the client's property once the related invoice is paid in full.
No Guarantee
We work hard to deliver strong results but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Marketing performance depends on many factors that are outside our control.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect or loss of profit claims.
