Service Engagements
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-cycle, work continues until the end of the billed period; refunds are not issued for the current cycle.
Growth Sprints And Fixed Projects
Sprint and project fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not yet started, a full refund is issued minus payment gateway fees.
Courses And Digital Products
Cohort-based courses are refundable within 7 days of the cohort start date, provided fewer than 20 percent of the lessons have been consumed. Self-paced digital products are non-refundable once access has been provisioned.
How To Request A Refund
Email info@trakkify.in with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
